Wear a Flan 4 Shan 2025: When Community Walks Together

On June 21st, something remarkable happened at Orleigh Park. Our community gathered not just to walk, but to stand witness to the lives lost to veteran suicide and the survivors left behind.

What started as individual stories of loss became a collective voice of hope. Flannel shirts became symbols of solidarity. Quiet steps became powerful statements. And for two hours, our community proved that healing doesn't happen in isolation, it happens when we show up for each other.

These images capture more than an event. They document a movement. Every face tells a story. Every step honors a memory. Every moment of connection builds the foundation for the support that survivors desperately need.

This is what happens when grief transforms into action. This is what community looks like when it refuses to let anyone walk alone.
